Kanak Bal is a Business Operations Manager at Resource Refocus LLC. Prior to joining Resource Refocus, Kanak has worked with businesses and startups in the restaurant and food tech industries to improve and scale business operations and processes for growth. Kanak also currently oversees the program management and expansion of a non-profit specializing in international dog rescue and animal advocacy. Along with a passion for bringing order to chaos, Kanak is an avid cook, yogi, and dog mom. She holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University in her native Canada, and a BA in Government and International Relations from Smith College in Massachusetts.
