Natalie Low - Associate Technical Consultant
Natalie Low is an Associate Technical Consultant at Resource Refocus LLC. Prior to joining Resource Refocus, Natalie worked as a Stress Analyst and Structural Design Engineer at Boeing on the wing of the 787, the world’s first commercial Carbon Fiber Composite (CFC) airliner. As an active member of the Structural Engineer’s Association of Washington (SEAW), she served as President of the Younger Member Forum (YMF). As a graduate research assistant in Water Resources, her work involved analyzing temperature data and mapping changes in stream gages to NOAA lightning and weather data. Her research also included developing performance-based design tools for Steel Plate Shear Walls. She has taught web development and coding both as Course Manager at MotherCoders and as a TA for various workshops with RailsBridge and PyLadies. Natalie holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering, specializing in Structures, from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Psychology with minors in Math and Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma.
